CJ Industries Ltd have inhouse drainage crews who can install private and public drainage systems for any project including the 3 waters in new subdivision builds, stormwater retention tanks, wastewater pump stations and private drainage whether it be a commercial or residential.

We have worked on numerous Tasman District Council pipeline contracts including Stages 1 & 2 of the Motueka West Wastewater Rising Main (and Water Main on Grey St), Thorp St Watermain Replacement and Northwest Motueka New Water Reticulation.

Gravel Driveway Marahau
This Project involved refurbishing a pre-existing 2km long driveway. To enhance drainage, culverts were incorporated, and a layer of CJI Quarry AP40 was provided, laid, and compacted for the final finish. The driveway had experienced significant degradation over numerous years due to adverse weather conditions. CJ Industries implemented a sustainable remedy, ensuring the driveway’s resilience against future weather events for the client.

Champion Road Subdivision
CJ Industries were awarded the contact at 134 Champion Rd to build a 20-lot subdivision. CJ Industries completed all works from start to finish. Scope of works included excavation and filling of 25,000m3 of clay to build roads and house platforms.
