CJ Industries were awarded the contract to complete earthworks and road formation at a new 5 star luxury fishing lodge in the Motueka Valley. This project was completed over 3 years in a challenging location with the need to consider many sub-contractor movements all working to a tight schedule:
The scope of this project:
- Erosion and sedimentation management
- Compliance with Resource Consent conditions
- Excavate and form 1.5KM access road to the new lodge site
- Install Stormwater culverts
- Excavate into granite rock to form a 1000m2 building platform
- Excavate building foundation and backfill
- Landscaping and placement of landscape feature rocks
