This process typically involves development of safety and environmental documentation, earthworks, installation of the 3 waters, installation of power and communication cables, pavement construction, concrete entranceways and footpaths, sealing of final road surfaces and streetscaping.

Richmond West Berryfield Subdivision Stages 4A-9
CJ Industries commenced work on Stage 4A of this Berryfield Subdivision in May 2020.
