CJ Industries were approached to construct multiple concrete slabs to accommodate a packhouse extension, new cold stores and drive-thru canopies. CJ industries completed the project from start to finish by removing orchard trees to clear the site right through to finishing the concrete slab and grouting the steel columns.
The scope included:
- Remove orchard trees
- Strip topsoil and cart to waste
- Construct sub-base with certified CJ Industries quarry rock and base course metals
- Setout slab lines and levels
- Supply and install formwork, reinforcing mesh and tie wire
- Supply place and cure 3000 M2 + of engineered concrete slabs
- Expansion cutting
- Form and finish metal road around perimeter of cold stores
