CJ Industries were elected head Civil Contractor to build the new NPD Fuel Station in Nelson central. There was a critical path that had to be meet on this job which involved the station being open before a certain date which was achieved. The scope was comprehensive and involved the following:

  • Demolition of existing structures
  • Earthworks
  • Civil and drainage construction
  • Traffic and pedestrian management
  • Excavation of main tank pit and field line, power trenches
  • Construction of precast retaining wall and footings
  • Construction of Concrete forecourt
  • Construction of Asphalt yard
  • Construction of kerb and channel
  • Construction of 2 industrial vehicle crossings
  • Landscaping
