Saxton Fruit – Building Slab

CJ industries were contracted to construct earthworks, drainage and concrete slab for Saxton Fruit in Nelson.

The scope included:

  • Installation of stormwater, sanitary sewer and reticulated water for new building
  • Supply level and compact sub-base
  • Installation of precast retaining wall
  • Supply and install formwork, reinforcing mesh and tie
  • Supply place and cure 2500 M2 concrete floor slab
  • Expansion cutting
  • Form and finish 2 coat chip-seal road around perimeter of building
